Homeschooling, or home education, entails a child receiving their education at home under the guidance of parents or private tutors, bypassing traditional school attendance. While this provides flexibility, many parents lack the time, knowledge, or experience with the curriculum. Moreover, sourcing suitable tutors presents its own challenges.
Homeschool centers, on the other hand, are private educational establishments offering alternatives for children not attending public or private schools. Distinct from traditional schools, they typically feature smaller class sizes, lower tuition fees, and increased flexibility, catering to diverse learning needs.
Our Homeschooling programs advantages:
Our Homeschooling program offers numerous advantages, with flexibility standing out as a key feature. Unlike traditional schooling, students can initiate the program at any time, eliminating the need to wait for a new semester and maximizing learning opportunities.
Furthermore, our program empowers students by providing a broader range of subject choices. While core subjects like Mathematics and English remain mandatory in IGCSE, students can select additional subjects aligned with their interests, avoiding the constraints often present in traditional schools.
The personalized nature of our program enables teachers to tailor their approach to each student’s unique needs and learning pace. This individualized attention ensures focused learning and allows students to progress through the curriculum at their own optimal speed.
As a result, students in our Homeschooling program typically achieve readiness for the IGCSE exam earlier than their peers in traditional schools. While it usually takes two years for school students to cover both Year 10 and Year 11 curriculum, our program’s average student can complete the IGCSE program within a year.
Moreover, our program’s flexibility provides students with valuable time to dedicate to studying and exam preparation. Unlike students with rigid school schedules, homeschool students benefit from a flexible timetable, allowing them ample opportunity to consolidate their understanding of the material.
Finally, the one-on-one format of our Homeschooling program eliminates the need for parents to incur additional fees for home tuition on top of regular school fees. This financial benefit further enhances the attractiveness of our program for families seeking quality education with cost-effectiveness in mind.
